跨文化视域中的地方高校学生国际交流对策

Cross-culture research on strategies for encouraging local university students to study abroad

高等教育国际化是当今高等教育发展的必然趋势。地方高校要想实现跨越式发展,必须大力推行国际化发展战略,学生国际交流是教育国际化的一项重要内容。然而地方高校在推进过程中还有许多问题亟需解决。针对出现的问题和挑战,地方高校应该通过加强顶层设计,建立健全相应的体制机制,同时采取一系列切实有效的激励、保障措施,多管齐下,激发学生参与国际交流的兴趣,进而推进地方高校的高等教育国际化向纵深方向发展。

Internalization is an inevitable trend in the development of higher education. For local universities,internalization strategy becomes a primary strategy to achieve a great-leap-forward development. Encouraging more students to study abroad is one of the critical steps in realizing education internalization. However,there still exist many problems. Therefore,this paper unfolds those problems and proposes some effective ways to encourage students to study abroad. It is held that we should make efforts to strengthen the top-level design,perfect the corresponding mechanism,implement effective reward and protecting measures and activate the students’ motivation in many ways,thus promoting the internationalization of the local higher education.
