宫颈利普刀用于治疗宫颈疾病180例临床观察

Clinical observation of cervical ellman leep in the treatment of 180 cases with cervical diseases

目的:分析宫颈利普刀在宫颈疾病临床治疗中的效果。方法:收治宫颈疾病患者180例,随机平分两组,每组各90例。给予对照组患者超声聚焦治疗的方法,给予试验组患者宫颈利普刀法治疗。结果:患者手术时间、术中出血情况与患者治愈率方面两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在并发症的发生率上,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将宫颈利普刀的治疗方法应用在宫颈疾病的治疗中具有很好的效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cervical ellman leep in the treatment of 180 cases with cervical diseases.Methods: 180 patients with cervical diseases were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally.Patients in the control group were treated with ultrasonic focused therapy,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with cervical ellman leep.Result:There were significant differences in operation time and bleeding during operation and the cure rate of patients(P<0.05),in the incidence of complications,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of cervical ellman leep in the treatment of cervical diseases has a good effect.
