快速成型技术在口腔修复中的应用

Application of rapid prototyping technology in prosthodontics

目的:分析快速成型技术在口腔修复过程中的应用效果。方法:收治口腔修复患者66例,随机平分两组,每组各33例。对两组患者进行常规检查,对照组利用常规方式修复,观察组利用快速成型技术修复,对比两组口腔修复效果。结果:观察组满意度93.9%,总有效率90.9%,不良反应发生率6.1%。对照组满意度72.7%,总有效率75.8%,修复之后的不良反应发生率21.2%。观察组各指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上应用快速成型技术进行口腔修复可以获得较好的效果。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid prototyping technology in the process of prosthodontics.Methods: 66 patients with oral prosthesis were randomly divided into the two groups on average,routine examinations were performed on the two groups,the control group was repaired by routine way,and the observation group was repaired by rapid prototyping technology, we compared oral repair effects of the two groups.Results:The observation group satisfaction was 93.9%,the overall efficiency was 90.9%,the adverse reaction rate was 6.1%,which was significantly better than the control group satisfaction rate of 72.7%,the overall efficiency was 75.8%,and the incidence of adverse reactions after repair was 21.2%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of rapid prototyping technology in oral cavity repair can achieve better results.
