胰岛素泵强化治疗对2型糖尿病合并肝硬化患者的IGF-1、GLP-1的影响

Effect of intensive insulin pump therapy on IGF-1 and GLP-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cirrhosis

目的:分析胰岛素泵强化治疗对2型糖尿病合并肝硬化患者IGF-1、GLP-1的影响。方法:收治2型糖尿病合并肝硬化患者60例,随机分两组。对照组给予皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖,试验组给予胰岛素泵强化治疗,两组均进行常规保肝、降酶治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后IGF-1、GLP-1变化。结果:试验组治疗后IGF-1、GLP-1显著升高,与对照组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵强化治疗可以更加有效地控制血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,促进IGF-1、GLP-1表达,进而改善肝脏微环境,降低肝脏应激反应,促进肝脏纤维化的缓解。

Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive insulin pump therapy on IGF-1 and GLP-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cirrhosis.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cirrhosis were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with subcutaneous insulin injection to control blood glucose,and the experimental group was given intensive insulin pump treatment,the two groups were treated with routine liver protection and enzyme lowering therapy.The changes of IGF-1 and GLP-1 in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: After treatment,the levels of IGF-1 and GLP-1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive insulin pump therapy can effectively control blood glucose,improve insulin resistance, promote the expression of IGF-1 and glp-1,and then improve the liver microenvironment,reduce liver stress response,and promote the alleviation of liver fibrosis.
