摘要
目的:探讨阴道内镜在诊治幼女阴道病变中的应用价值。方法:收治拟诊断阴道病变幼女18例,在静脉全麻下行经阴道内镜检查。结果:患儿发现阴道异物9例,其中塑料小玩具5例,果仁2例,笔套2例,卵黄囊瘤1例,阴道炎6例,无异常发现2例。阴道异物均内镜直视下顺利取出,无一例损伤处女膜。结论:应用经阴道内镜诊治幼女阴道病变微创、安全、有效。
Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of vaginal lesions in young girls.Methods:18 young girls who were diagnosed with vaginal diseases were examined by transvaginal endoscopy under general anesthesia.Results:9 cases of vaginal foreign bodies were found,including 5 cases of plastic toys,2 cases of nuts,2 cases of pencil case,1 case of yolk sac tumor,6 cases of vaginitis,and 2 cases of no abnormality.Vaginal foreign bodies were successfully removed under endoscopy without injury to the hymen.Conclusion:Transvaginal endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of young female vaginal lesions is minimally invasive,safe and effective.
