不同麻醉方式应用于腹腔镜手术治疗老年直肠癌患者的效果对比

Comparison of different anesthetic methods in laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients with rectal cancer

目的:对比分析不同麻醉方式应用于腹腔镜手术治疗老年直肠癌患者的效果。方法:收治老年直肠癌患者60例,分全身麻醉组(接受全身麻醉)、全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组(给予全身麻醉与硬膜外麻醉),每组各30例。比较两组患者各时间段血压,分析两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者气腹后10 min收缩压均明显较麻醉前高,且全身麻醉组与硬膜外麻醉组患者的舒张压明显高于麻醉前,全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组患者气腹60 min舒张压和收缩压均明显较全身麻醉组低,各项不良反应发生概率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉应用于腹腔镜手术治疗老年直肠癌效果显著。

Objective:To compare and analyze different anesthetic methods for laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods:60 elderly patients with rectal cancer were divided into the general anesthesia group(receiving general anesthesia),the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group(giving general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia),the blood pressure at various time was compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed,the adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The systolic blood pressure at 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum in both groups was significantly higher than that before anesthesia,and the diastolic blood pressure in the general anesthesia group and the epidural anesthesia group was significantly higher than that before anesthesia.The Pneumoperitoneum 60 min diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group were significantly lower than those in the general anesthesia group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery for elderly rectal cancer has a significant effect.
