血小板/淋巴细胞比值与维持性血液透析患者促红素抵抗的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究维持性血液透析患者血小板/淋巴细胞比值与维持性血液透析患者促红素抵抗的相关性。方法:收治维持性血液透析血红蛋白达标患者50例,对其促红素用量、血常规、性别、年龄的资料进行回顾性分析。分EPO大剂量组,EPO正常剂量组。结果:两组间血红蛋白、血小板/淋巴细胞计数比值、促红素抵抗指数相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析提示,血小板/淋巴细胞计数比值与促红素抵抗指数呈正相关。结论:血小板/淋巴细胞比值与维持性血液透析患者促红素抵抗能密切相关,可能成为评估促红素抵抗能力简单易行的手段。 Objective:To study the correlation between platelet/lymphocyte ratio and erythropoietin resistance in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:50 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hemoglobin reaching standard were selected, the data of erythropoietin consumption,blood routine,sex and age were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the EPO high-dose group,the EPO normal dose group.Results:There were significant differences in hemoglobin,platelet/lymphocyte count ratio and erythropoietin resistance index between the two groups(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the ratio of platelet/ lymphocyte count was positively correlated with erythropoietin resistance index.Conclusion:The ratio of platelet to lymphocyte is closely related to erythropoietin resistance in maintenance hemodialysis patients,which may be a simple and easy method to evaluate erythropoietin resistance.
