摘要
蕈状(真菌样)生长的肿瘤是一种引起皮肤破溃的原发性或继发性的恶性肿瘤,常常引发针刺感、瘙痒、渗出等症状,给患者造成重度疼痛和心理创伤,姑息护理方法可以明显降低蕈状瘤患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的生存质量。
Fungating (fungal)tumors are primary or secondary malignancies that cause skin ulceration,which often cause needling, itching,exudation and other symptoms,causing severe pain and psychological trauma to patients,palliative care can significantly reduce the pain level and improve the quality of life of patients with fungating tumor.
