人本管理在儿童精神科开放式病房管理中的作用

人本化管理体现在以患者为核心,偏向于满足患者自身的需要、健康服务需求以促进患者的身心康复。护理人员是作为提供人本管理的主体,能为儿童精神科提供满足儿童需求的管理模式。本论文阐述人本管理在儿童精神科开放式病房管理中的作用,进行相关的讨论,应用到相关的临床护理中。还需要根据个人的性格特点,制定一套适合患儿及患儿家属的管理方法。

Humanistic management is embodied in the patient-centered,inclined to meet patients' own needs and health service needs to promote physical and mental recovery of patients.Nurses,as the main body of providing humanistic management,can provide a management model to meet the needs of children in psychiatric department of children.This paper expounds the role of humanistic management in the open ward management of children's psychiatry,and discusses the related issues,and applies them to the relevant clinical nursing.It is also necessary to develop a set of management methods suitable for children and their families according to their personality characteristics.
