舒适护理干预在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of comfort nursing intervention on nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的效果与体会。方法:收治老年慢性心衰患者64例,随机平分两组。对照组予以常规护理干预;观察组在常规基础上加用舒适护理干预,将两组患者护理效果进行对比。结果:与护理前相比,两组患者心率、左心功能及血压情况均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义,且试验组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理干预应用于老年慢性心衰治疗中,有利于改善患者临床指标。

Objective:To explore the observation and experience of comfort nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:64 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was additionally given comfort nursing intervention on the routine basis,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before nursing,the heart rate,left ventricular function and blood pressure of the two groups were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant,and the experimental group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing intervention in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure is conducive to improving the clinical indicators of patients.
