失能老人居家照护中的共性医疗问题探讨

我国社会老龄化问题形势严峻,政府正致力于多途径解决失能、半失能老人的长期照顾问题。居家照护模式因具有多方面优势,将是发展的重要方向。在居家照护老人的工作中,作为照护中医疗问题的主要责任人的全科医护人员,除关注老人的原有慢性疾病以外,对于因长期卧床而容易复发的,甚至诱发老人死亡的一些疾病,如肺部感染、压疮、静脉血栓栓塞症等,需要高度重视,在日常照护中应积极采取措施加以防范。

China's aging society is facing a severe situation,and the government is committed to solving the problem of long-term care for disabled and semi-disabled elderly through various ways.Home care mode will be an important direction of development because of its many advantages.In the work of caring for the elderly at home,general practitioners,as the main caregivers of medical problems in Chinese medicine,need to pay more attention to the old people's chronic diseases,and to the diseases which are easy to be complicated by long-term bedridden and even lead to the death of the elderly,such as pulmonary infection,pressure sores,venous thromboembolism,etc.We should take measures to guard against it in daily care.
