护士对剖宫产临床护理路径的应用及效果观察

Application and effect observation of nurses on clinical nursing pathway of cesarean section

目的:探讨护士对剖宫产临床护理路径的应用效果。方法:收治剖宫产产妇60例,随机平分两组,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上进行临床护理路径式(CNP)护理。结果:两组患者护理后SAS和SDS评分均明显下降,与护理前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后明显优于对照组,两组护理后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组住院时间明显少于对照组,观察组护理满意度(93.3%)高于对照组的(80.0%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产临床护理路径可明显提高护理质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nurses on the clinical nursing pathway of cesarean section.Methods:60 cases of cesarean section were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was given regular health education,while the observation group conducted clinical nursing pathway(CNP)care on this basis.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group after nursing,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.3% higher than that of the control group(80.0%),there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway of cesarean section can significantly improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
