青年右腰腹部带状疱疹误诊分析30例

Misdiagnosis analysis of 30 cases of herpes zoster in right waist and abdomen of young people

目的:分析青年右腰腹部带状疱疹误诊情况。方法:收治患者30例,进行实验室检查并确诊,判断误诊情况。结果:首诊全部误诊。全部病例首诊均予以抗生素抗感染为主的对症治疗。确诊后以阿昔洛韦抗病毒对症治疗。均治愈,无遗留神经痛。结论:首诊医生应对带状疱疹有足够的认识,尽量减少误诊发生。

Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis of herpes zoster in the right waist and abdomen of young people.Methods:30 patients were admitted to the hospital for laboratory examination,we judged the misdiagnosis.Results:All the patients were misdiagnosed with first diagnosis.All cases were treated primarily with antibiotic resistance and corresponding symptomatic treatment.All patients were treated with acyclovir antiviral and symptomatic treatment after diagnosis.All patients were cured without residual neuralgia.Conclusion:Doctors should have enough knowledge about herpes zoster at the first visit and minimize misdiagnosis.
