2型糖尿病职场工作者健康自我管理与工作生产力现状及其相关性

The correlation between health self-management and productivity at paid work in employees with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的了解2型糖尿病职场工作者健康自我管理与工作生产力的现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、糖尿病健康自我管理量表及工作生产力量表对广州及成都826名2型糖尿病职场工作者进行调查。结果 2型糖尿病的职场工作者健康自我管理量表总分为(89.40±18.12)分;健康自我管理水平良好仅占4.49%。工作生产力量表总分为(14.09±6.08)分。健康自我管理量表总分与工作生产力量表总分呈负相关(r=-0.519,P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病职场工作者健康自我管理行为处于中等水平,但良好者所占比例小,工作生产力的影响处于中等水平,提升糖尿病职场工作者自我健康管理水平可降低糖尿病对其工作生产力的影响。2型糖尿病职场工作者应注重个人健康自我管理,用人单位也应注重推动职场工作者健康管理,建立优质健康职场,将有利于提高工作生产力。

Objective To investigate the status quo of health self-management and productivity at paid work in employees with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze the correlation between them. Method Totally, 826 employees in workplace with type 2 diabetes in Guangzhou and Chengdu were engaged in the investigation into health self-management by diabetes self-management scale(DSMC) and productivity at paid work by short form-health and productivity questionnaire. Results The health self-management score was(89.40±18.12), the level of good was 4.49% and the score by short form-health and productivity questionnaire was(14.09 ±6.08). The level of health self-management was negatively correlated with the score of productivity at paid work(r=-0.519, P<0.01).Conclusions The level of health self-management in employees with type 2 diabetes is low, influencing work productivity. It is suggested that employees with type 2 diabetes should pay attention to personal health self-management and employee health management should be emphasized and promoted in the management of human resources for any one enterprise. Through establishing a healthy and high quality workplace, wellness of employees can continuously improve the organizational performance for any one enterprise, thereby to enhance the overall operating performance and finally improve the productivity.
