治疗性沟通实境培训对护生临床沟通能力的影响

Influence of therapeutic communication case-based training on clinical communication abilities of nursing students

目的探讨治疗性沟通实境培训在护生临床沟通能力培训中的应用效果。方法选择2016年8月至2017年4月在本院临床实习的护生40名为对照组,临床带教中采用"一对一"带教方法;2017年5月至2018年1月在本院临床实习的护生41名为观察组,在对照组基础上,利用业余时间参加为期4周的治疗性沟通实境培训。培训前后对两组护生临床沟通能力进行测评,同时了解患者对护生沟通能力的满意度。结果培训后,观察组护生临床沟通能力总分及患者满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论治疗性沟通实境培训为护生提供感悟问题的真实体验,使其体察患者的身心需求,增加沟通自信,从而提升临床沟通能力和提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the role of therapeutic communication system in the clinical communication abilities training of nursing students.Methods Forty nursing students who did an internship in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group with person to person instruction for clinical teaching and another 41 nursing students taking an internship in our hospital between May 2017 and January 2018 as the observation group,where 4 weeks of therapeutic communication training was given during their spare time compared with the control group.At the same time,the patients' satisfactions about communication abilities of nursing students were surveyed.Result After training,the nursing students in the observation group got a higher score on clinical communication ability as well as higher patients' satisfaction in comparison with the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Therapeutic communication case-based training system provides nursing students with real experience about insight problems,making them aware of the mental and physical needs of patients,boosting their confidence in communication,and enhancing their communication abilities in clinic and patients satisfaction as well.
