摘要
藏红花苷类成分是一类天然的,存在于藏红花和栀子中的活性物质。我国资源丰富的栀子可以作为昂贵藏红花的平价替代品,开发栀子来源藏红花苷类成分,缓解藏红花苷类成分资源短缺的现状。本文从现代药理学角度综合阐述藏红花苷类成分在多种疾病治疗方面的药理作用,同时对栀子来源藏红花苷类成分含量的测定方法以及影响因素进行剖析,此外,本文还归纳了栀子来源藏红花苷类成分的提取精制技术,为栀子来源藏红花苷类成分的综合利用提供理论基础。
Saffron glycosides is a kind of natural active substance which exist both in Crocus sativus and Gardenia jasminoides.G.jasminoides which is rich in resources can be used as the succedaneum of C.sativus in order to develop saffron glycosides.This measure can alleviate the shortage of saffron glycosides.Pharmacological effects of safflower glycosides in the treatment of various diseases was stated in this paper,and the determination of content and its influencing factors were analyzed.Besides,the extractive refining technique of saffron glycosides from G.jasminoides was concluded to provide theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of saffron glycosides.
