摘要
优选三叶青总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]:以乙醇浓度、液固比、提取时间、提取次数4因素为基础,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化提取工艺条件。[结果]:乙醇浓度对总黄酮的提取影响较大,其他3个因素影响程度顺序为:液固比>提取次数>提取时间。最佳提取工艺参数为:液固比为20︰1,60%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h。结论最佳提取工艺合理、可行,为进一步开发三叶青提供依据。
Objective to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from radix tetrastigmae.Methods based on the factors of ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time and extraction times,the total flavonoids content was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Results Ethanol concentration had a great influence on the extraction of total flavonoids,the order of influence of the other three factors was:liquid-solid ratio>extraction times>extraction time.The optimal extraction process parameters are:liquid-solid ratio20︰1,60%ethanol extraction2times,each time1h.Conclusion the optimal extraction process is preferred and feasible,which provides a reference for further research on radix tetrastigmae.
