香蕉纤维化学脱胶效果及可纺性分析 被引量:2

摘要 对香蕉纤维的含胶率、回潮率进行测试,采用化学法对香蕉纤维进行脱胶处理,测试残胶率及细度、强力、白度等性能指标。结果显示,香蕉纤维化学脱胶后的残胶率为3. 30%,平均细度214. 1 Nm、白度50. 6、断裂强力126. 22 cN,说明香蕉纤维具有一定的可纺性,但纯纺或纺出高品质的高支纱仍有难度。 In this article,untreated banana fiber was taken as experimental materials to test its gum content and moisture regain. After chemical degumming,residual gum content,fineness,whiteness and breaking strength etc. were tested. The results are as followed: the residual gum content was 3. 3%,fineness mean was 214. 1 Nm,whiteness was 50. 6,breaking strength was 126. 62 cN. The banana fiber has certain spinnability after analysis,but it is difficult to spinning out highdenier-fibre and pure yarn by banana fiber.
