涡旋压缩机新型渐变壁厚涡旋齿的设计和工作特性研究 被引量:9

摘要 基于法向等距型线设计方法,提出了一种全啮合的涡旋齿型线设计方法,编写了构建全啮合涡旋齿型线的设计程序;设计出一种综合性能较高的新型渐变壁厚全啮合的涡旋齿型线,由变径基圆渐开线和基圆渐开线的等距曲线组成;研究了不同设计参数对涡旋压缩机性能的影响,分析了渐变壁厚涡旋齿涡旋压缩机的流场和涡旋齿的应力和变形。结果表明:新型全啮合渐变壁厚涡旋齿具有增压效果好、容积利用率高、涡旋齿强度高的优点。 Based on the normal equidistance method,the method of full-meshed scroll profile design of scroll compressor is proposed.The design program for building the full-meshed scroll wrap profile is written.A novel tapered thickness full-meshed scroll wrap profile with higher comprehensive performance is designed,which is composed of equidistance curve of involute of variable circle radius and equidistance curve of base circle involute.The influence of different profile parameters on the performance of scroll compressor is studied,and the flow field of scroll compressor with tapered thickness scroll wrap and stress and deformation of the scroll wrap are analyzed.The results show that the novel full-meshed tapered thickness scroll wrap has the advantages of good boosting effect,high volumetric utilization and high strength.
