低温低湿空调的液体冷媒除霜性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 液体冷媒除霜系统具有在除霜期间制冷过程连续,库温波动小,无需附加能耗的优势,可应用在低温低湿的空调系统中。为了探究液体冷媒除霜系统的除霜性能,在热负荷为2 kW,湿负荷为116 g/h的条件下,对系统结霜时的制冷量和除霜时环境室内的温度和相对湿度进行测量。结果发现:霜的增加会使低温低湿空调系统的制冷量下降,影响控制效果。在整个除霜过程中,环境室内的温度波动值在5℃以内,相对湿度的波动值在15%以内,最大波动值持续的时间仅为100 s。 The liquid refrigerant defrosting system has the advantages of the continuous refrigeration process during the defrosting period,small temperature fluctuation of the cold storage and no need of additional energy consumption. It can be used in the air conditioning system with low temperature and humidity. In order to explore the defrosting performance of the liquid refrigerant defrosting system,the refrigerating capacity of the system during frosting and the temperature and relative humidity of indoor environment during defrosting were measured under the condition of thermal load of 2 kW and wet load of 116 g/h. The results show that the increase of the frost will reduce cooling capacity of the air conditioning system with low temperature and humidity and affect the control effect. During the whole defrosting process,the temperature fluctuation in indoor environment was within 5℃,the relative humidity fluctuation was less than 15%,and the maximum fluctuation was only 100 s.
