会计信息化的提出,转变了企业财务管理的管理模式,提高其工作质量。本文阐述了会计信息化的基本内涵,并通过对企业财务管理的现状进行分析,总结出其中存在着管理制定陈旧、工作流程繁复、基础设施缺乏等问题。指明了会计信息化对财务管理的促进作用,进而提出改进企业财务管理工作的措施,从转变财务理念、构建培训机制、健全管理制度等方面展开论述,旨在增强其管理效率,促进企业发展。

the accounting informationization has changed the management mode of enterprise financial management and improved its quality. Therefore,this paper expounds the basic connotation of accounting information,and through the analysis of the status quo of enterprise financial management,summed up the existence of the management of the old,complex workflow,lack of infrastructure and other issues.At the same time that the accounting information on the financial management role,and then put forward the improvement of enterprise financial management measures,from the transformation of financial concept,the construction of training mechanism,perfect the management system and other aspects,aims to enhance the management efficiency,promote the development of enterprises.
