博弈论视角下的物业管理专业校企合作现状分析与路径优化

The current situation analysis and path optimization of school enterprise cooperation of property management major from the perspective of game theory

校企合作办学模式是我国高等教育改革的重要方向,作为新兴发展起来的物业管理专业的建设,由于需求量巨大,一直在走校企合作的道路,但物业管理专业不同于生产制造业和高新技术产业,校企合作效果短期内很难体现,导致物业公司校企合作动力不足。通过博弈论理论对其深层次的原因进行剖析,提出政府和物业管理协会参与、企业自身重视是解决问题的最主要路径。

school enterprise cooperation is an important direction for the reform of higher education in China,as a newly developed property management professional construction,cause the property company cooperation underpowered.Through the game theory,this paper analyzes the deep reasons,and puts forward that the government and the property management association to participate in,the enterprise itself is the most important way to solve the problem.
