摘要
高职人才培养质量评价体系是一个结合定性问题分析和定量问题分析的综合评价体系。AHP模糊评价法为定性问题设计量化指标,依据评价准则,测算因素权重集,建立主体质量评价模型。基于AHP模糊评价法,研究高职人才培养质量评价定性指标向定量指标转化的可行性和有效性。通过数理分析,力求实现提高高职人才培养的效率,拓宽高职人才培养内容,努力建立一套高能、有效的人才培养评价机制。
Quality evaluation system of talents training in Higher Vocational Education is not only a quantitative evaluation system,but also a qualitative evaluation system.AHP fuzzy evaluation method is to design quantitative index for qualitative decision problem.According to evaluation criteria,it measures and calculates factor weight set to establish model of quality evaluation.The essay discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of index of quality evaluation system of talents training by establishing AHP model.It improves the efficiency of personnel training,enriches the content of personnel training and establishes effective evaluation mechanism of talent training.
