新媒体时代高校思政辅导员职业压力分析——以福州市五所本科院校为例

Analysis on Occupational Stress of Independent College Counselors in New Media Era——A Case Study of Five Independent Colleges in Fuzhou

新媒体的产生对高校大学生的学习和生活产生了重要的影响作用,与此同时,也冲击着高等院校思政辅导员的工作。文章通过对福州市五所公立的本科院校150名思政辅导员的职业压力进行调查,结果显示,新媒体时代背景下思政辅导员存在着工作负荷加重、媒介素养欠缺、知识储备不足、管理难度加大以及心理负担沉重的职业压力特点,新媒体环境下思政辅导员的职业压力体现为工作压力、能力压力、发展压力和心理压力。

New media generation of college students learning and life had a significant influence,Meanwhile,it also affects the work of independent college counselors.This paper investigated 150 counselors’occupation pressure of five independent colleges in Fuzhou.The results showed that occupational stress have the characteristics of job stress aggravation,lack of media literacy and knowledge reserves,management difficulty and heavy psychological burden.Occupational stress of counselors is embodied in job stress,ability pressure,development pressure and psychological pressure under the new media environment.
