基于创新创业教育深入推进的背景,合肥学院等5所地方新建本科院校科学调整办学定位,依托自身办学优势,以市场需求为导向,灵活设置学科专业,着力构建模块化课程体系,大力推进开放合作办学,强化创新创业训练,坚持服务区域经济社会发展,通过探索和实践,构建了各具特色的应用型人才培养模式,为地方普通本科高校转型发展提供了有益的借鉴。
