供给侧改革视域下高职学前教育专业学生职业能力培养新探

New exploration of vocational ability training of preschool education major in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of supply side reform

供给侧改革给高职学前教育专业学生职业能力培养提出了新的要求,学前教育专业学生的职业能力应适应幼儿园教师和幼儿园管理者岗位需求、幼儿教育创业行业发展需要和"互联网+教育"产业发展的要求。当前,高职学前教育专业存在学校人才培养定位不准确、学生职业发展目标不明确\教学不能凸显职业能力培养三大现状。需从明确以职业能力为核心的人才培养目标、构建以职业能力为本位的课程体系、改革教师教学方法、开展多样化的教育实践、提高学生的职业发展意识等路径着手,培养高职学前教育专业学生在供给侧改革时代背景下的的职业能力。

the supply side reform puts forward the new request to the occupation ability of students of Higher Vocational preschool education, preschool education professional students'occupation ability should adapt to the kindergarten teachers and kindergarten management jobs,need the venture industry the development of early childhood education and"Internet plus education",the development of the industry.At present,there are three status quo of Higher Vocational preschool education,such as inaccurate orientation of school personnel training, unclear career development goal of students,teaching can not highlight the status quo of professional ability training.
