随着社会的发展和进步,德智体美劳全面发展成为人类社会教育的趋向目标,体育教学的内容是我国目前体育教学质中最为重要的因素。选择合理的教学方案,提高学生的学习兴趣和能力,提高体育教学的质量等,都体现出了进一步发展和创新体育教学内容的重要性。本文主要针对体育教学内容的创新与设计进行分析与研究。

with the development and progress of the society,art of morality,intelligence and physique full scale development become a tendency of the human society education goal,the content of sports teaching is the most important factors in the sports teaching quality in our country at present.Choose reasonable teaching plan,improving the students'learning interest and ability,improve the quality of physical education teaching and so on,all reflect the importance of further development and innovation of sports teaching content.This paper focuses on the innovation of the physical education teaching contents and design analysis and research.
