浙江嵊泗单桩帆张网渔具渔法调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Fishing Method of Fishing Gear with Single Pile Sail and Net in Shengsi County of Zhejiang Province

对嵊泗县单桩帆张网的渔具结构、操作方法、作业方式、主要捕捞对象、经济效益和可持续利用等方面进行了调查,得出以下结论:(1)嵊泗县单桩帆张网是利用打桩的方式固定于海水中,凭借水流冲击,使渔获物进入网囊的一种作业方式,属于单桩张纲型张网。(2)单桩张纲张网的主捕对象是龙头鱼、黄鲫和棘头梅童鱼,兼捕小黄鱼、带鱼、鲳鱼和虾蟹等,捕捞对象较为宽泛。(3)单桩张纲张网是种耗能较低,不会破坏底质,环境友好型的渔具。(4)由于和其他作业方式之间的冲突,一部分人对于单桩帆张网抱有不支持的态度,建议政府部门改善渔民的社会生活保障,同时确立明确的监管制度,以保持捕捞行业的健康有序发展。(5)根据单桩张纲张网的特点,可以作为"蓝色粮仓"中的一种重要的作业手段。

In this paper, the fishing gear structure, operation method, main fishing object, economic benefit and sustainable utilization of single pile sail net in Shengsi county are investigated, and the following con-clusions are drawn:(1) The single pile sails net in Shengsi county is a kind of working way which uses piling method to fix in the sea water and makes catch enter the net bag by the impact of water flow, which belongs to the single pile type of net tensioning.(2) The main fishing objects of this net are Harpadon nehereusus, Setipinna tatyna, Collichthys lucidusus, Pseudosciaena polyactis, Trichiurus lepturusus, pomfrette and prawn-crab.etc.(3) Single pile tensioning net is a kind of fishing gear with low energy consumption and no damage to the bottom and environment.(4) Because of the conflict with other methods of operation, some people do not sup-port the single sails. It is suggested that government departments should improve the social security of fishermen and establish a clear regulatory system in order to maintain the healthy and orderly development of fishing industry.(5) According to the characteristics of single pile tensioning net, it can be used as an important working method in blue granary.
