C30废陶瓷再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量研究 被引量:10

摘要 将废陶瓷破碎为再生粗、细骨料和粉料制备C30废陶瓷再生骨料混凝土,研究废陶瓷再生骨料、废陶瓷粉及养护条件对混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量的影响,并探讨废陶瓷再生混凝土的弹性模量与抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明:在标准养护条件下,废陶瓷粗骨料提高了混凝土的抗压强度及弹性模量;以废陶瓷粉为掺合料,掺量为10%时可提高混凝土的抗压强度及弹性模量,随掺量增加,混凝土抗压强度及弹性模量下降。与标准养护条件相比,模拟施工现场养护会降低混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量;在养护早期,混凝土抗压强度损失率较低,至养护后期,抗压强度损失率增大。C30废陶瓷再生骨料混凝土的弹性模量与抗压强度之间呈线性相关,根据实验数据拟合得到的弹性模量与抗压强度计算关系式精度较高。 The C30 waste ceramic recycled aggregate concrete was prepared by crushing the waste ceramics into regenerated coarse,fine aggregates and powders.The effects of recycled ceramic aggregates,waste ceramic powders and curing conditions on the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete were investigated.Relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strength of waste ceramic recycled concrete was analysised.The results show that under standard curing condition,the waste ceramic coarse aggregate increases the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete.The waste ceramic powder(WCP)is used as admixture,and the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete can be increased when the content is 10%.As the amount of WCP increases,compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease.Compared with the standard curing conditions,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete decreased under simulated fold curing conditions.In the early stage of curing,the loss rate of the compressive strength of the concrete is low,and the loss rate of the compressive strength increases at the later stage of curing.There is a linear correlation between the elastic modulus and compressive strength of C30 waste ceramic recycled aggregate concrete,and the relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strength calculated from the experimental data is highly accurate.
