摘要
研究了铝酸盐水泥种类、掺量及养护温度对碱激发矿渣砂浆早期泛霜的抑制效果。结果表明:(1)加入适量铝酸盐水泥能够明显抑制碱激发矿渣砂浆的早期泛霜;(2)铝酸盐水泥对碱激发矿渣泛霜抑制效果与体系的化学组成有关,而与铝酸盐水泥种类无关,当体系硅铝比为3. 02~3. 14、钠铝比0. 54~0. 56时泛霜抑制效果最好;(3)低温养护下,铝酸盐水泥抑制碱激发矿渣泛霜效果明显;(4)红外光谱(FTIR)分析结果证实铝酸盐水泥的加入,促使Al^(3+)进入[SiO_4]^(4-)中,取代Si^(4+),形成的电负性为固定Na^+提供了可能。
Early age efflorescence control in alkali-activated slag cement by the addition of different types and content of calcium aluminate cement under different curing temperature was studied.The results show that the addition of calcium aluminate cement benefit the decrease of early age efflorescence,the effect of aluminate cement on the efflorescence of alkali activated slag is related to the chemical composition of the system,but independent with the type of aluminate cement.And the optimum ratio is Si/Al=3.02-3.14,and Na/Al=0.54-0.56.The improvement is most obvious under low curing temperature.And the results of FTIR showed an increase in the level of Al substituted Si,which benefits the immobilization of Na^+.
