摘要
[目的]利用改性后的农林废弃物橘子皮去除水中铬Cr(Ⅵ)。[方法]在吸附试验中研究吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、溶液初始p H、温度及溶液初始浓度等因素对吸附性能的影响,通过正交试验,分析吸附剂最佳吸附条件。[结果]改性橘子皮吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的最佳条件为初始浓度10 mg/L,吸附时间60 min,p H为2,温度为30℃,此时去除率可达98.30%。吸附热力学参数结果表明,改性橘子皮对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附属于物理吸附,吸附过程是自发进行的。[结论]该研究为橘子皮的资源化利用提供可行途径。
[Objective] Modified agricultural and forestry waste orange peel was used to remove chromium Cr( Ⅵ) from water.[Method]Adsorption experiments were conducted as a function of adsorbent dosage,absorption time,the solution p H,temperature and initial concentration of solution. According to the orthogonal experiment,the best adsorption condition was studied.[Result]The best adsorption conditions of modified orange peel were as follow: the initial concentration of Cr( Ⅵ) was 10 mg/L,adsorption time was 60 min,p H was 2,temperature was30 ℃,the Cr( Ⅵ) removal efficiency was 98. 30%. The results of adsorption thermodynamic parameters indicated that the adsorption of Cr( Ⅵ) by modified orange peel was physical adsorption,and the adsorption process was spontaneous.[Conclusion]The study provides a feasible way for resource utilization of orange peel.
