摘要 [目的]建立电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食品中镉含量的方法,并与国家标准方法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)进行比较。[方法]样品经过微波消解,分别使用ICP-MS和GFAAS测定食品中镉含量。[结果]ICP-MS测定的线性范围在0~50μg/L,校正曲线的复相关系数(R)为0.999 9,样品分析结果 RSD均小于5.0%(n=6); GFAAS测定的线性范围在0~3μg/L,校正曲线的复相关系数均为0.999 5,样品分析结果 RSD均小于5.0%(n=6)。[结论]2种方法的测定值基本吻合。试验表明ICP-MS方法具有简单、快速、检出限低等特点,可用于食品中镉含量的常规分析,具有实用推广价值。 [Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of cadmium in food by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry( ICP-MS),and compare it with the national standard method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( GFAAS).[Method]The samples were digested by microwave and the contents of cadmium in food were determined by ICP-MS and GFAAS respectively.[Results]The linear range of ICP-MS was 0-50 μg/L,the complex correlation coefficient of calibration curve was 0.999 9,and the RSD of sample analysis was less than 5.0%( n = 6); the complex correlation coefficient of GFAAS was 0.999 5 in the calibration curve of 0-3 μg/L,and the RSD of sample analysis was less than 5.0%( n = 6).[Conclusion]The measured values of the two methods are basically the same.The results show that the ICP-MS method was simple,rapid and low detection limit.It can be used for routine analysis of cadmium content in food and has practical value.
