摘要
BaTiO_3薄片微晶通过两步熔盐法通过使用Ba4Ti13O30作为中间产物的离子交换制备。用XRD和SEM对熔融盐反应产物的晶体结构和微观结构进行了表征。研究结果表明,当使用NaCl熔盐时,熔盐与总反应物的质量比为1∶1,1 050℃下3h,可以制备纯的BaTiO_3微晶。其晶粒尺寸为16μm,厚度为1μm,且分散性较好。XRD图谱显示晶粒以纯的BaTiO_3相存在。用这种方法合成的片状颗粒可以用作织构陶瓷的模板。
The BaTiO3 flake crystallites were prepared by ion-exchange using Ba4 Ti13 O30 as an intermediate product prepared by a two-step molten salt method.The crystal structure and microstructure of the molten salt reaction product were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that when NaCl molten salt is used at 1 050℃ for 3 hand the mass ratio of molten salt to the total reactants is 1∶1,pure BaTiO3 crystallites can be prepared.The grain size is 16μm,the thickness is 1μm,and the dispersibility is good.The XRD pattern shows that the grains exist as pure BaTiO3 phase.Tabular grains synthesized by this method can be used as a template for textured ceramics.
