The Enlightenment of the Dilemma of American National Park to China's System Construction

美国国家公园体系建立已逾百年,但是在实践中也出现了若干问题。在保护和利用的双重任务下,近年来美国国家公园体系已经陷入困境。这些困境暴露出资金不足、过度商业开发、紧张的周边关系、吸引力过于单一、气候变化等严重危机。这些实践中的问题,对中国即将进行的大规模国家公园制度建设无疑具有经验上的借鉴之处。在党的领导下,建立良好的资金管理制度、商业分区制度、周边争议化解制度、气候变化应对策略,就能从根本上避免这些困境。

Although the US national park system has been established for over a hundred years, there have been a number of problems in practice that have undergone the dual tasks of protection and utilization. In recent years, it has exposed the shortage of funds, excessive commercial development, tense peripheral relations and attractiveness too simple, climate change and so on. These problems in practice is undoubtedly the experience of reference for China’s upcoming large-scale system construction. Under the leadership of the party, the establishment of a good financial management system, commercial zoning system, surrounding dispute resolution system, and climate change response system, can fundamentally avoid these dilemmas.
