摘要
针对南方低山丘陵地区土壤渗透性弱、暴雨多发且频次集中的特点,探索通过低影响开发设施组合设计实现径流总量控制和暴雨内涝防控的双重目标。针对设施规模计算时数据不精确、空间不匹配导致反复调整的问题,提出一种基于动态模拟进行低影响开发设施组合设计的方法,利用过程模型分析、计算、评估、修正,得到满足研究区年径流总量控制目标的6个低影响开发方案。对方案进行模拟分析,结果表明,低影响开发设施组合配比不同,雨洪控制效果有一定差异:透水设施(绿色屋顶、透水铺装)配比大的方案年径流总量控制率较高、长重现期暴雨径流削减效果较好;调蓄设施(生物滞留设施)配比大的方案洪峰削减及内涝削减效果较好、短重现期暴雨径流削减效果较好。
The way to control both total runoff and stormwater was quested through LID combination design, concerning low soil permeability and high quantity and frequency of stormwater in Southern hilly region. To solve the repeatedly adjustment problem caused by inaccurate data and mismatch space during the design process, a method was put forward based on the dynamic stimulation, setting up process model to analyze, calculate, assess and revise, with six practice which fulfilled the target of the annual total runoff control to the research project. The simulation result indicated that the stormwater control effects were different when the combination ratio of the LID facilities was distinct: the high combination ratio of the pervious facilities(green roof, pervious pavement) got the greater effect of the annual total runoff control, and the greater reduction of the stormwater runoff when the stormwater recurrence period was large; simultaneously, the high combination ratio of the storage facilities(biological stranded facilities) got the greater reduction of the flood peak, the waterlogging and the stormwater runoff when the stormwater recurrence period was short.
