摘要
晚清之际,时局动荡,中西冲撞,新旧更迭,正如时人所谓乃"三千年未有之大变局"。曾国藩在长期的政治军事生涯中,积累了一整套系统完善的人才理论和行之有效的实践经验,在人才选拔、培养、使用、管理等方面都卓有建树,主要反映为"德重于才,忠义血性"为核心的选才标准、"陶熔造就,殷勤训励"为基础的育才方法、"千金在前,猛虎在后"为要旨的用才原则。这些思想与实践虽不可避免地带有历史局限性,但在今天仍具有重要的现实启示价值。
In the late Qing Dynasty,the situation was turbulent,and there were conflicts between China and the west and great changes from the old to the new,just as people said that " the history had not experienced such major changes in three thousand years". Zeng Guofan,through long-term political and military career,had accumulated a complete set of systemic theory and practical experience in selecting,training,deploying,and managing talents. He gave priority to virtue,loyalty and uprightness in selecting talents ; his training methods were based on " industriously nurturing and encouraging"; and his principle of talents management was " commending publicly and criticizing privately". Although these thoughts and practices inevitably have historical limitations, they still have important value of practical enlightenment today.
