摘要
后张预应力封锚材料的流动度与凝结时间是影响封锚、灌浆施工的关键因素.以试验为基础,研究了聚羧酸高效减水剂、硫铝酸盐水泥、缓凝剂掺量变化以及水胶比变化对后张预应力封锚材料制备的浆液流动度与凝结时间的影响.试验结果表明:在水胶比0.28,聚羧酸减水剂掺量0.30%,缓凝剂掺量0.5%和硫铝酸盐水泥掺量15%的条件下可达到封锚施工需要的较好的流动度和压浆施工需要的适宜的凝结时间.
The fluidity and the setting time of post-tensioned prestressed anchoring material are the key factors affecting the anchoring and grouting construction.Based on the experiment,the influence of post tensioning prestressed anchoring material on slurry fluidity and setting time is studied when the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer changes,sulphoaluminate cement changes,retarder dosage changes and the water binder ratio changes.The test results show that the fluidity and suitable setting time for grouting construction that can be achieved under the conditions of water binder ratio 0.28,the polycarboxylic superplasticizer 0.30%,retarder 0.5% and sulphoaluminate cement 15%.
