摘要
目的探讨MR 3D电影动画成像在血管压迫性三叉神经痛及面肌痉挛中的应用。方法对78例三叉神经痛及42例面肌痉挛患者行微血管减压术前采用3D-FIESTA-C扫描,经后处理工作站进行曲面及仿真内镜重建,将重建图像通过电影动画播放,评价血管神经解剖关系,并将120例与手术结果比较。结果 120例3D MR电影动画成像显示责任血管阳性率为96. 6%(116/120),显示责任血管及压迫部位方面与MVD有较好的一致性,其诊断符合率为95. 8%(115/120)。结论 MR 3D电影动画成像能够实现三维可视化动态影像,可作为病因学诊断及术前评估的重要辅助工具。
Objective To evaluate the application value of megnetic resonance film animation 3 D in vascular compressive Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) and Hemifacial Spasm (HFS). Methods 78 cases with trigeminal neuralgia (TN) and 42 cases with hemifacial spasm (HFS) were accepted 3D-FIESTA-C scanning before microvascular decompression (MVD). The origin images were post-processed with curvature plane reconstruction (CPR) and megnetic resonance virtual ebdoscopy (MRVE) on workstation. Reconstruction 3D can be replayed through animation. Relationship between vessels and nerves was analyzed in symptomatic side. 120 cases were compared with surgery result. Results 120 cases through reconstruction 3D animation showed responsibility vascular with a positive rate of 96.6%(116/120). All patients with the results of surgery showed and responsibility blood vessels and oppression had a good consistency with MVD with the diagnose accordance rate of 95.8%(115/120). Conclusion Megnetic resonance film animation 3D can be achieved visual dynamic imaging, and plays an important role in etiological diagnosis and operation planning.
