摘要 近来磁共振扩散成像技术在胶质瘤中应用日渐广泛,主要包括IVIM、DTI、DKI,它们能从微观水平、无创地为胶质瘤分级提供极大的帮助,本文旨在将以上三种成像技术在胶质瘤分级方面的研究进展作一简单综述。 Recently, magnetic resonance diffusion technology, including intravoxelincoherent motion (IVIM), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI), is widely applied in gliomas. These technologies can noninvasively provide great help for grading gliomas from microscopic level. This paper aims to provide a brief review of the progress of about these techniques in glioma grading.
