预应力锚筋腐蚀特性电化学实验

摘要 基于开路电位、极化曲线等电化学测试手段,针对室内边坡模型进行钢筋试样的电化学参数监测,研究了不同应力条件、岩土环境酸碱性(p H值)以及氧气通气量对钢筋腐蚀的影响。研究表明:氧气通气量与应力水平增加均能使钢筋的腐蚀速度增加;NaHCO_3、Na_2SO_4、NaCl_3种介质对锚筋腐蚀的促进作用依次增大。进一步通过极差分析方法比较了不同影响因素对钢筋腐蚀的贡献程度。 Based on the electrochemical testing methods such as open circuit potential, polarization curves, electrochemical parameters of the model for indoor slope reinforced sample monitoring are measured, the influence of oxygen ventilation to steel corrosion is studied under different stress conditions and geotechnical environment acid alkali (pH). The results show that the corrosion rate of the steel bar increases with the increase of oxygen ventilation and stress level. The effects of NaHCO 3, Na 2SO 4 and NaCl on the corrosion of anchor bars were increased with the order. The poor analysis method is used to compare the different influence factors on the contribution of steel corrosion extent.
