摘要
为调查某餐饮风机振动影响和传播路径,提出噪声治理整改方案。围绕风管经过的餐厅4个不同墙体及楼地面,居民主卧室,卫生间4个墙面,采用无线振动加速度计现场测试,同高度的振动加速度展开测量,同时采用精密声级计对其A声级进行测试,结合两者数据分析振动加速度及噪声频谱特性。发现2台风机同时运行主卧室墙体振动加速度超标2~3倍,给居民正常生活造成不利影响。当餐饮烟道与住宅隔墙共墙时,烟道不宜采用镀锌烟道。建议烟道采用抗式或共振式新型现浇烟道。测试结果表明:一般情况下,振动加速度大小与振动源距离成正比,但起决定作用的是同方向结构挠度变形大小,变形大则振动加速度大。
In order to investigate the effect and spreading path of the vibration of a cooking fan, a noise control and rectification scheme is proposed. Four walls and floors of the restaurant around the air duct, living in the democratic bedroom, and 4 walls of the toilet were tested on the spot with wireless vibration accelerometer, and the vibration acceleration of the same height was measured. On-the-spot tests were conducted on these walls and floors of the restaurant where the air duct is arranged; In the main bedroom, and on the four walls of the toilet, and the vibration acceleration with the same height was also measured. At the same time, precision sound level meter was used to test its A sound level. The vibration acceleration and noise spectrum characteristics were analyzed by combining these two kinds data. It is found that when the two fans were turning simultaneously, the vibration acceleration exceeded by three to five times over the standards, which caused adverse effects on the normal life of the residents. It is not suitable to use galvanized flue when dining flue and residential partition walls are in common wall structure. It is suggested that a new type of cast-in-place resistant or resonant flue should be used. The test results show that the vibration acceleration is proportional to the vibration source distance in general, but the deflection of the structure in the same direction is the decisive factor. The greater the deformation, the higher the vibration acceleration.
