摘要 设计了一款新型勺轮式玉米排种器,并对其工作过程进行了仿真分析。为了使仿真更加准确,随机选取"吉科玉12"玉米种子3 000粒,按长扁形、球锥形、类球形进行统计,得出各种形状种子在总数中所占的比例,然后挑选出各种形状的种子100粒,分别测量其3维尺寸,并依据尺寸完成3种形式种子仿真模型的建立。建立排种器播种精度评价指标,得出了不同转速对排种器播种性能的影响,当勺轮盘的转速为40~50 r/min时,排种器漏播率低、重播率低,排种量最稳定。 This paper designed a new type of spoon-wheeled corn seeder. Its working process was simulated and analyzed. In order to make the simulation more accurate, we randomly selected 3,000 seeds of "Jiakuyu 12" corn. These seeds were classified into long flat shape, ball conical and spherical shape, the proportions of various shape seeds were obtained. Then, we selected 100 seeds for each shape, and three dimensions of each seed were measured. At last, three models for seed simulation were established according to the size. The effect of different speed on the seeding performance of the seeder was obtained. It was found when the rotational speed of the spoon was 40~50 r/min, the seed drop rate was low, the replay rate was low, and the seeding amount was stable.
