摘要
针对目前高职院校实验设备功能单一、价格昂贵、控制对象不明确等问题,提出以工业自动化生产线中码垛工序为实验控制对象,基于下位PLC和上位动态效果好、人机交互能力强的触摸屏,利用PLC与触摸屏之间的串口通信对接,开发了一套成本低廉、实用价值高的集工业现场常用的异步电动机变频调速、精密运动控制用步进电机、伺服电机控制于一体的码垛实验仿真系统。该套码垛仿真系统不仅能够动态地显示物料传输状态,改变物料传输速度,同时更能实时监控单轴、双轴以及三轴运动状态。通过将码垛实验仿真系统运用于高职自动化等相关专业教学发现,它不仅支持基本的PLC逻辑编程实验仿真,还支持运动控制指令编程模拟以及码垛系统综合实训,其教学效果动态直观,成本低廉。
At present, much experimental equipment in higher vocational colleges has a lot of problems, such as single function, high price and unclear control objects etc. In this case, starting with the important process of industrial field which was called palletizing, a set of stacking experiment simulation control system has been developed successfully. PLC and the touch screen were used in this simulation system. Multi-axis precision motion control technology was embedded and some dynamic strategies were applied in this monitoring project. Multiple types of motors were collected in this system, e.g., the frequency conversion speed regulation of the asynchronous motor, the step motor control and the servo motor control which was commonly used in the precision motion control. By applying this simulation system into teaching in vocational college, it supports not only the basic PLC logic programming experiment simulation, but also the motion control function instruction programming practice, comprehensive practical training about the palletizing system and so on. Its teaching effect is dynamic and intuitionistic. Furthermore, this system is low cost, high integrity and close relation to market demand.
