摘要
培养创新型人才是高校的重要任务。在我国协同创新的新时代大环境下,为了更好促进校企协同育人工作提供动力源泉和有效支撑,以立足创新人才培养视角为出发点,阐明了市场竞争力、政府推动力、利益驱动力以及学生成长力是影响校企协同育人动力机制的外部和内部因素,而政府、高校、企业三方的供给与需求的不平衡是造成协同育人动力不足的主要原因;通过校企协同育人实践案例,系统阐述了完善校企协同育人动力机制的主要途径和收效明显的实践成果。实践表明,动力机制是校企协同培养创新人才的动力来源和根本力量;校企协同育人是一个系统性工程,需要以社会需求为导向,政府、高校和企业相互协调,整体推进。
Cultivating innovative talents is an important task of universities. In the new era of collaborative innovation in China, in order to provide the source of power and effective support for the university-enterprise cooperative education, this paper expounds that market competitiveness, government impetus, interest driving force and students' growth are the external and internal factors that influence the motive mechanism of university-enterprise cooperative education based on the perspective of the cultivation of innovative talents. The imbalance of supply and demand among government, universities and enterprises is the main reason for the lack of motivation of collaborative education. Through the cases of university-enterprise cooperative education, this paper systematically expounds the main ways to improve the motive mechanism and the obvious practical results of university-enterprise cooperative education. The main conclusion is that the dynamic mechanism is the power source and the fundamental force for cooperative cultivation of innovative talents between the universities and enterprises. University-enterprise cooperative education is a systematic project, it needs to be guided by social need, and the government, universities and enterprises coordinate with each other and push forward as a whole.
