摘要 随着高校信息化建设的飞速发展,基于网站和传统媒体的信息服务平台已不能满足学生形式多样的使用需求。"互联网+"为当前高校信息化改革提供了新思路。基于微信公众号的高校仪器共享平台构建了一个用于仪器设备共享的微服务平台,以应用需求为牵引,以顶层设计为重点,分布实施平台建设。平台功能模块包括共享平台、仪器查询、仪器预约、友情链接及意见反馈5个部分,设计了查询、宣传、预约、结算等多种手机端操作,具备信息发布简单化、互动交互双向化、共享操作便捷化、宣传推广实时化等优势,微信公众平台作为一种传播校园信息、传承校园文化的新媒体,对高校移动信息服务发展起到了一定的促进作用,为高校仪器设备共享提供了更广泛、更便捷的服务方式。 With the rapid development of information technology in universities, the platform based on websites and traditional medias can no longer satisfy students' needs."Internet Plus" provides a new idea for the information technology reform in universities. The instrument sharing platform based on WeChat public subscription was designed. It has a variety of mobile terminal operations such inquiry, publicity, reservation and settlement functions. The platform takes the application demand as the traction, focuses on the top-level design, and distributes the implementation in platform. The platform function module includes five parts: sharing platform, instrument inquiry, instrument order, friendly link and feedback. The platform has the advantages of simplification of information publishing, two-way interactive interaction, convenient sharing operation, real-time promotion of publicity and promotion, and so on. As a new media to disseminate campus information and campus culture, Wechat Public Platform has played a certain role in promoting the development of mobile information services in universities. Instrument and equipment sharing based on this platform can provides a more extensive and convenient way of service.
