崇左边境口岸与城镇融合发展路径研究

Research on Integration Development Path of Border Ports and Towns in Chongzuo City

"一带一路"倡议与新型城镇化战略耦合发展过程中边境口岸与城镇融合发展成为发展新趋势,以崇左边境口岸和城镇为研究对象,利用RCI指数和相关性指数等方法定量化评估出崇左边境口岸与城镇融合发展存在协调性偏低、宜居度偏低、带动力偏低的"三低"特征,提出"口岸+"发展战略,打造"五合一"口岸经济发展新平台,推动岸综合体、岸产镇融合、岸产城融合等发展,实现边境经济繁荣和边民安居乐业。

In the process of coupling development of the Belt and Road Initiative and New-type Urbanization Strategy,the integration of border ports and towns becomes a new development trend.This research focuses on the integration of border ports and towns in Chongzuo City.By calculating the RCI index and the correlation index,this paper evaluates the“three low”characteristics of the integration of the border ports and towns quantitatively in Chonzuo.The“three low”characteristics include low coordination,low livable degree and low driving force.Based on the evaluation,this paper puts forward the“port plus”development strategy,which aims at creating“five in one”ports as new platforms for the economic development,promoting the integration and development of port complex,industry,towns and urban area,in order to achieve the economic prosperity and promote the standard of living of people in the border of Chongzuo.
