摘要
通过对参会安排问题的分析,提出以扩大单位学术影响力为目标,以参会费用不超过限制为约束条件,建立基于概率的参选学术会议方案的优化模型,并运用Lingo语言,考虑到模型的经费约束、会议时间冲突和学术影响力等情况,经过多次运算求得最优解.最后用实例分析表明该模型的科学性和有效性.
Based on the analysis of the problem of participation arrangement, proposes to establish an optimization model for the participation scheme for conference based on probability, with the goal of expanding the academic influence of the organization and the restriction that the participation fee does not exceed the limit. Taking the financial constraint, conference time conflict and academic influence of the model into account, Lingo language is used to obtain the optimal solution through several calculations. Finally, the example analysis of an example shows the model is scientific and effective.
