Study of Urban Public Sports Service in the New Era

新型城镇化建设为"三农"工作注入新的动力与活力.运用文献资料等研究方法,探讨了新型城镇公共体育服务供给的内涵、基础理论和困局,以及破解困局的出路,得出服务主体、服务客体、服务资源和服务环境等四要素"四位一体"协调互助、相互弥补是新型城镇公共体育服务供给正常运行和可持续发展的基础等结论.提出高校应发挥资源优势,通过与政府主体、社会主体、市场主体和个人主体互信互利,丰富服务资源,完善服务环节,优化服务环境,提高服务供给侧的针对性和服务客体的接受率等建议,为新时代新型城镇公共体育服务供给侧改革和乡村振兴战略服务.

New-type urbanization construction has injected new power and vitality to agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Employing the research methods of literature, discusses the connotation, basic theory and problems of sports service supply in the construction of new-type towns as well as the corresponding methods to tackle the problems. It concludes that the service mainly contains four elements: service subject, service object, service resources and service environment. The four elements are coordinated and mutually compensated to facilitate the normal operation and sustainable development of a new urban public sports service supply. It suggests colleges and universities should make full use of their advantages in resources through mutual trust and benefit with subjects of government, social, market and individual. It also suggests to help develop sports service in the construction of new-type urbanization by enriching service resources, perfecting service link, optimizing service environment, improving the pertinence of service supply side and acceptance rate of service object, etc., for the new era of urban public sports services supply-side reform and rural revitalization strategy services.
