γ-TiAl合金自身及其与高温合金的钎焊技术研究进展与趋势 被引量:8

摘要 γ-Ti Al合金是航空航天领域极具应用前景的轻质高强、耐高温结构材料,实现γ-Ti Al合金自身及其与高温合金的高质量钎焊连接,对于促进其工程化应用具有重要意义。分别从钎料的润湿性以及钎料种类(Ti基、Ag基、Al基)、工艺参数对接头组织性能的影响等方面,综述了国内外的研究进展。存在的主要问题是缺少γ-Ti Al合金专用的高温钎料、界面反应的控制机制以及接头综合性能的评价标准等。今后针对γ-Ti Al合金的钎焊连接,应包括以下5个重点研究方向:高温钎料成分设计;接头组织和性能的推演、预测方法;连接界面冶金行为的深入研究;连接界面组织调控机制;接头综合性能的考核与评价标准。 γ-Ti Al alloy is a promising light weight and high-temperature structural material in the aerospace industry. It is of great significance for promoting its engineering application to realize the high-quality brazed joint of γ-Ti Al alloys. In this paper,the research progress at home and abroad was reviewed from the aspects of the wettability of filler metals,the type of filler metals( Ti-based,Ag-based,Al-based) and the influence of process parameters on the microstructure of joints. The main problems were pointed out,including the lack of applicable high temperature filler metals for γ-Ti Al alloy,the control mechanism of interface reaction and the evaluation standard for the comprehensive properties of joints. In the future,there are five main research directions in the field of brazing of γ-Ti Al alloy:(1) composition design of high tem-perature brazing filler metal;(2) prediction methods of joint microstructures and properties;(3) further investigations of metallurgical behavior of joint interface;(4) control mechanism of interfacial microstructures;(5) test and evaluation criteria of comprehensive properties of the joints.
