摘要 结合新疆克拉苏气田克深5区块试采地面工程施工要求,针对现场连头切割后双金属复合管短节需要进行内堆焊的情况,通过对焊接材料及焊接方法的选择、双金属复合管焊前加工准备、焊接工艺参数的调试、道间温度的控制确保了双金属复合管管端内堆焊的焊接质量,结果表明采用手工钨极氩弧焊进行双金属复合管内堆焊外观检查、无损检测、弯曲试验、晶间腐蚀试验、均匀腐蚀全浸试验均符合标准及规范要求,可以用于现场施工。 Combined with construction requirements of Kelasu gas field 5 block of the ground engineering in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,aimed at the necessary of inside overlay of double metal composite pipe which cut for tie-in on site,the quality of inner overlay was ensured by using proper welding materials and methods,welding pretreatment,optimized welding process parameters and controlling interlayer temperature. It has been proved that the results of visual inspection,nondestructive testing,bend testing,intergranular attack testing and uniform corrosion testing can satisfy the requirements of code and specification using manual gas tungsten arc welding. It can be used in site construction.
